REGISTRATION CLOSED FOR NATYANJALI 2025
PLEASE READ BELOW FULLY BEFORE YOU REGISTER
SACRAMENTO MAHAPERIYAVAA MANDALI presents the 10th Annual NATYANJALI program on the Sunday, March 2nd 2025 at Capistrano Hall, CSUS, Sacramento, CA. This is an all-day event and is open to all dance schools of North America.
Rules:
Due to time limitations, we will take registrations from the first 15 Dance Schools. No two schools can combine and do it as one registration. The first 10 Schools(1 to 10) will be only from the Greater Sacramento Area. The next 5 Schools (11 to 15) will be from outside Greater Sacramento.
For Greater Sacramento Dance Schools only:
1. If your school has >= 8 participants and if you got registered between 1st and 6th, you will be allotted 40 minutes.
2. If your school has >= 8 participants and if you got registered between 7th and 10th, you will be allotted 20 minutes.
3. If your school has < 8 participants => N/A
For outside Greater Sacramento Dance Schools:
1. If your school has >= 8 participants and if you got registered 11th, 12th or 13th, you will be allotted 40 minutes.
2. If your school has >= 8 participants and if you got registered 14th or 15th, you will be allotted 20 minutes.
3. If your school has < 8 participants => N/A
No solo performances will be entertained in the allotted 40 min or 20 min. These are strict rules and cannot be altered for any reason. Please understand that we need your utmost support to abide by these rules to conduct a flawless event.
Payment Details:
Registration fee per school will be $125. Online payment details will be communicated via Email. Payments must be completed by 10th of December, 2024.
Cancellation Policy and Waitlist:
Last date for cancellation with 25% refund - 25th December 2024. Outside of the first 15 registered schools, we will maintain a wait list of other schools and shall inform them by end of December if they have cleared the wait list.
Participant Names and MP3 Files:
By mid of Jan 2025, we will send an Email requesting the final number of participants, names, number of items and the MP3 files. We request that the dance schools send us the participant’s names and MP3 files promptly because based on this we have a time consuming background work to validate names and conduct the sound quality of the music. If we see that there is not much cooperation from the dance schools, the organizers have the right to exclude the school from this year’s Natyanjali event and select another school from the waitlist.
Time Slots and Number of Participants:
If a School gets 40 or 20 minutes, it should be split up into a minimum of 2 time slots and the school can decide on the maximum number of slots. The time slots and sessions for schools will be communicated after the registration is complete. Remember, a single school cannot do a continuous allotted minutes. Each dance item must have a minimum of 4 participants.
Participants Donation:
Each student participant is expected to make a minimum donation of $20. Once a school is confirmed for participation, donation payment details will be communicated via Email. All of the Donations collected(100%) from this program will be presented to Kanjikode Ati Rudram, Kanjikode (near Palakkad, Kerala)
Food:
Food & hot drinks will be available all thru the program from beginning to end catered by a local restaurant.
NOTE: If there are less participants (< 10 Schools) from Greater Sacramento, the remaining available slots will be assigned to Schools outside of Greater Sacramento.
